How to Convert an Invoice PDF to Excel (Your Options in 2026)

The simplest approach is to open the PDF beside a spreadsheet and type the data in by hand. It's free and works for any invoice, but it's slow and error-prone at volume — fine for a handful of invoices a month, painful for hundreds.
